Der Arbeitskreis Demokratie und Information wird von
Dipl.sc.pol. Leo Sucharewicz geleitet.
Der Politologe mit Schwerpunkt Politischer Psychologie und Internationale Beziehungen forscht seit Jahren zu Persuasionstheorien, Wahrnehmungspsychologie und dem Interface zwischen Information und Politik. Sucharewicz veröffentlichte zahlreiche Artikel und Bücher über Israel, entwickelte die Ausstellung „1948“, gründete den bundesweiten Israel Tag, den jährlich „Tag der Solidarität mit Juden und Israel am 10. Juli die NGO ILI, das erste vollautomatische PR-System „MediaWinx“ und organisierte zahlreiche Events als Korrektiv gegen antiisraelische Propaganda und Antisemitismus.
Sucharewicz hält Vorträge aus den Themenbereichen Naher Osten, Politische Psychologie und Antisemitismus. Sein Online-Vortrag „Wir Juden“ gilt als wirkungsstärkstes Tool gegen antisemitische Vorurteile.
In den 1990ern entwickelte Sucharewicz ein neues Sprachdesign der deutschen öffentlichen Sprache, mit dem er Trainings in den führenden Konzernen durchführte. Zu seiner Expertise gehört die sprachpsychologische Analyse von Politikern. Bekannt wurden seine Analyse des Wordings von Angela Merkel zur Flüchtlingspolitik und die Entwicklung von Indikatoren zur Entlarvung von Troll-Kommentaren.

The political scientist specializing in political psychology and international relations has been researching persuasion theories, the psychology of perception and the interface between information and politics for many years. Sucharewicz has published numerous articles and books on Israel, developed the exhibition "1948", the exhibition "We Jews", founded Israel Day, the NGO ILI, the annual „Day of Solidarity with Jes and Israel on July 10., organized numerous events as a corrective measure against anti-Israel propaganda and anti-Semitism and invented the first fully automated PR system "MediaWinx.
Sucharewicz gives lectures on topics related to the Middle East, Political Psychology, and Antisemitism. His online lecture “We Jews” is considered the most effective tool against antisemitic prejudices. In the 1990s, Sucharewicz developed a new language design for German public speaking, which he used to conduct training sessions at leading companies. His expertise includes the linguistic-psychological analysis of politicians. His analysis of Angela Merkel's wording on refugee policy and the development of indicators for debunking „troll“ comments became well-known.
